Carroll County Arts Council

The mission of the Carroll County Arts Council (CCAC) is "to serve citizens and visitors by acting as a link between the arts community and education, business, government, the media and the private sector." Housed in a restored Art Deco theater in Westminster, MD, CCAC offers public programs, classes, and exhibitions; provides grants and scholarships; and disseminates cultural information for the county.
