Payment Terms
Return of a signed contract, along with a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the agreed price of the painting, is required before work on a commissioned painting can begin. The balance of the payment, including shipping, handling & insurance charges (and for Maryland residents, 5% sales tax), is due before the painting is shipped.

Payment Methods
Payment methods include credit card (via PayPal) or check or money order made out to Sarah Abel Deluca, Artist. If sending a personal check, please allow an additional two weeks for funds to clear the bank.

Return Policy
Commissioned paintings are nonrefundable.

Ownership & Use of Images
Sarah Abel DeLuca, Artist holds the copyright on and retains ownership of all images she produces and reserves the right to use said images for advertising, promotional and commercial purposes (including but not limited to notecards, postcards, brochures, books, calendars, and limited edition prints) without any obligation whatsoever to the purchaser or owner of the original artwork. Sarah Abel DeLuca, Artist also reserves the right to display on the Internet any images she produces without any obligation whatsoever to the purchaser or owner of the original painting.
